Doors Installer

About the Role:
European Doors is seeking a skilled and reliable Door Installer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the expert installation of premium doors in residential and commercial properties. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and our manufacturing team to ensure each installation meets our exacting standards of quality, performance, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Install a variety of door types including interior, exterior, sliding, and custom European designs
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Measure and prepare installation sites
Ensure all installations comply with safety and building regulations
Perform on-site adjustments and minor repairs as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in door installation or general carpentry
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via phone/email
Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable door solutions
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients
Stay up to date on product features, trends, and promotions
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in retail or design-focused sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Interest in design, architecture, or home improvement a plus
Ability to learn technical product details quickly

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of door installation projects: planning, execution, and completion
Coordinate schedules, materials, and team resources
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Conduct site visits, assess progress, and troubleshoot issues
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction or installation project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of doors, construction, or related products is a plus
