Description

All our doors are constructed from durable 12-gauge steel, with dimensions of 16 x 16 mm or available in custom sizes. The glass used in every door is Aquatex, known for its quality and clarity. Each door features a hinged glass panel that can be opened for easy cleaning and ventilation, with a window lock that secures the glass frame in place.

For added insulation against heat and cold, we include a layer of polyurethane foam within the doors. Every threshold is hand-forged and fully welded, ensuring strength and durability. Our doors are subjected to a rigorous seven-step finishing process, which includes sandblasting, zinc-coating, anti-corrosive priming, a middle coat, top coat, faux finish, and a clear coat for lasting protection.

To further enhance performance, rubber weatherstripping is applied around the door frame and the interior glass frame, and a door sweep is installed underneath. Each door also comes equipped with up-and-down extension ball latches, a slight decline on the lower half of the window for water runoff, and a standard deadbolt lock for security.
